Does the $50.00 deposit come off of my total entry fees?
A-Yes
Is this a full Glitz pageant?
A-No. You may compete as a Natural Contestant or a full Glitz contestant. Or you may compete in both for an entra fee. Which ever side you score highest in we will use those scores.
What the difference between Natural & Glitz
A-Natural competitors may only wear off the rack beauty attire, meaning no custom dresses and must have a store or manufacturers tag in them. No make up for young ladies under 9yrs of age and only light age appropriate makeup for age 10-up. No fake lashes, flippers, fake teeth, or hair pieces for natural competition. There are no modeling scores. Photogenic must be a natural shot and makeup is allowed for Rockstar wear. Pageant walk is freestyle and X's will be on the floor to help guide contestants. Mommies or Daddy's allowed on stage with girls under 5yrs. Glitz competitors may wear custom glitz dresses of any style. Makeup and hair is full glitz and may include false lashes, flippers, hair pieces, etc. Photogenic should be glitz and retouch photos are accepted. Rockstar wear is open interpretation. There will be modeling scores and contestants may model front or back T whichever they are used to.
How many winners will there be?
A- There will be 7 age division Queens, and a division winner for Rockstar Wear and Photogenic . There will also be 3 Supremes, Ultimate Grand Supreme, Grand Photogenic Supreme, and Grand Rockstar Supreme. Bonds for Supremes are guaranteed.
Will there be a stage?
A- Yes a 12 x 16FT stage with a forward T
Can I use my own music?
A- You may provide music for Rockstar Wear. Routines may not exceed 2 min. no exceptions; this time includes you setting your props up. Music must be a CD format and be labeled with child's name, and the #1 of song if more than 1 song is on disc. Please turn music in at reigstration.
Will there be a dressing room?
A- Yes
Do I have to be there Friday night?
A- Friday night is registration from 4-6pm and Natural Beauty will be begin at 7pm on Friday night.
What is the schedule for Sat?
A- We will begin with Glitz Beauty Competition at 10AM sharp. We will then break for lunch for 1 hour. Then resume with Rockstar Wear. We will then have another short break for photogenic judging and tabulation , then crowning. My goal is to be done with crowning no later than 4pm. This schedule is open to change according to number of contestants entered.
Are we allowed to take pictures?
A- Yes, but please do not stand over or next to the judges
Will there be door events to enter?
A- Yes, but door events will not exceed $50.00, any door events will award crowns and CASH and more!
